For the development and technical support of our activities, we will use service providers and third parties, who may have access to your data to meet the specifications necessary for eSapiens and its products. 5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

You have the right to know for how long we retain your data. As provided for in the Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law, we keep your data stored for as long as necessary to meet the purposes for which the personal data was collected. We may keep your data even after deleting accounts, profiles or canceling subscriptions, keeping it in a safe environment, with the purpose of preserving your security or that of third parties, preventing or proving fraud and to comply with current legal provisions. The data retained will only be necessary to comply with legislation or preserve the security of the platform and environment and will only be revealed in the cases provided for by law and to comply with orders from authorities. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO), responsible, among others aspects, for accepting complaints, requests and communications from you, providing clarifications and adopting measures, is always available.
